Being a lover of classic movies, check out the movie “Lucy Gallant”. Jane Wyman portrays a jilted well-to-do New Yorker traveling West and she winds up in a rough-and-tumble Texas town. The townswomen are enthralled by this fashionable woman. So Lucy decides to sell her trousseau, which eventually leads to opening an elegant clothing store which grows into a very successful business. Edith Head makes a cameo. Don’t know if it’s online, but I saw it on TCM.
