Sarah Ferguson Launches Jewelry Line
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, had collaborated with K&G Creations of Bacon Raton, FL, to launch two jewelry lines. The classic and Deco designs mix 14 and 18-karat white and yellow gold with a variety of materials including quartz, pearls, and Moissanite, and will be sold at department stores like Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, and Belk.
Why Moissanite? Because Ferguson wanted to design something that was both beautiful and affordable. Her fashion-forward 400-piece Sarah Ferguson for K&G Creations line and her 600-piece one-of-a-kind Sarah Ferguson Signature Collection retail in the $400 to $18,000 range (for one-of-a-kind pieces). Not exactly pocket change for most people, but definitely affordable for many.
The duchess has a 3-year contract with K&G, and all proceeds from the lines will go to the Sarah Ferguson Foundation, which supports children’s charities.
