While we had several wonderful entries for our July Photo Contest: Summer Business Attire – including one from a professional seamstress with impeccable fit – the one we felt offered the best crisp summer time business attire was… T. Mullins Here’s what she wrote with her entry: “Here in the south, office attire in the summer is a challenge! But my white suit goes everywhere — presentations, meetings, or after work events. Great with a bright color or dramatic with black, and my favorite lariat necklace.” We agree! While strictly limited to summer, this beautiful white suit offers lots of versatility that can be dressed up or dressed down easily by changing the top, changing the accessories, leaving off the jacket, wearing different pants, etc. No wonder she gets so much use out of it. Great job! |

July 29, 2010Congratulations to T Mullins (what does that “T” stand for?). What an attractive lady and how appropriate she looks in her chosen outfit. Simple, elegant and fresh is how I would describe it and she hasn’t overdone the jewellery – well done!

July 29, 2010T. Mullins looks beautiful in her chosen attire. I am also impressed by her makeup and grooming. I do feel that her lariat, although nicely understated, is a bit too high on her neck. It looks like it’s choking her. I would drop the tie several inches down, about half way to her blouse’s v-neckline.

July 30, 2010What a lovely suit. Can I ask – what fabric is it made of? Is it washable?
